By placing an order with VoltexR, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and human-readable.
What you're buying
VoltexR is a supplementary lithium-ion battery fire-suppression product intended for use on EV battery packs.
VoltexR is not a replacement for fire services. In any emergency, prioritise distance and call 112.
Limitation of liability
We warrant that each canister is manufactured to specification and will perform as described when used as instructed before its expiry date.
We can't be held liable for damage that occurs in fire incidents — outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Our maximum liability is the price of the product.
Use
Read the product label and the included quick-start guide before use. Don't tamper with the safety pin or attempt to refill a discharged canister.
Store between −10°C and 50°C, away from direct sunlight.
Jurisdiction
Disputes are governed by the laws of India and subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
