Unopened canisters
Return any unopened, undamaged VoltexR within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll arrange free reverse pickup pan-India.
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Opened or used canisters
Once a canister has been discharged or its safety pin pulled, we can only accept returns for manufacturing defects.
If you believe your canister has a defect, message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. After dispatch, treat it as a return.
